I have 2 telephone lines and one has broadband connected. My question
is that is it possible to connect another broadband supplier to the
second telephone line and still use one of my laptops that is already
configured with the first supplier. In other words using one or perhaps
2 laptops on two different routers at different times?

Thankyou

try DSLreports.com if you are asking about DSL broadband. this
newsgroup really supports Microsoft branded broadband networking
hardware.
