Broadband Network Utility for windows me

Does anybody know where i can find some broadband utilities for Windows ME

Specfically I want a tool that will allow me to Connect and Disconnect to
the Network

My thinkpad has a tool called IBM Access Connections, it is a connectivity
assistant program for your IBM ThinkPad® computer that allows you to create
and manage location profiles

I have been looking around for something similar to run on my Windows ME
Desktop, Any Ideas
