Broadband Network Utility and MN-720 Locks up Laptop

I can't configure my MN-720 because everytime I go
throught the Setup Wizard or Adapter Settings the ;aptop
will lock up and I have to reboot. It is an older
Toshiba running Win98 SE. Anyone know a fix for this?
