I live in Daventry on one the estates that are fed by Fibre, which means I
cannot have Broadband even though the Exchange is enabled. I am looking for
other people who live in Daventry and would like Broadband. If there is
enough interest I will contact BT and see what can be done, or, enquire
about the possibility of Wireless.

So If you are Interested, post a follow-up to this message.

Hi,
take a look at
http://www.ispreview.co.uk/cgi-bin/n...pFlEEysIQNAzCM,
according to this article, ADSL is now available in some TPON areas.
Apparently, some copper was run with the fibre to support services such as
redcare, and is now being hijacked to provide ADSL in some TPON areas. The
article is dated 4/5/2003, so if you haven't applied recently, it might be
worth trying again.
