I've been following MLB online since they started the live feeds. Currently
I'm on 2MB broadband (via Demon) and both TV and radio work perfectly. When I
used it on 1MB there were occasional pauses while it rebuffered, but nothing
that made it a problem to view. On 512k, I'm pretty sure both still worked.
Can't remember 100% though.
Not much help there, sorry!

Buffy : I told you. I said end of the world and you¹re like 'poo-poo southern
California, poo-poo!'
Giles : I¹m so very sorry. My contrition completely dwarfs the impending
apocalypse.
