Bridging wireless internet to wired network?

We are trying to mooch a connection off the office next door.

Previously, in anticipation of high speed access in our office, the
two PCs in our office were linked using a netgear 614 router.

I have installed a netgear Ma101 wireless USB module on one of those
computers. In the office next door I installed a Netgear 814 wireless
router.
This is all hooked up now. I can access the netgear 814, through
192.168.0.1, on both my computors. However I cannot access the
internet.
Another oddity is now I can't seem to access the setting at
192.168.0.1 on my 614 wired router after disconnecting the wireless
system. I would like to try an disable the DHCP server on the 614 and
see if that helps?
If I unplug the wired network from the computor attached to the MA101,
I can browse the net. So those connections are working.

I believe this is some kind of conflict between the two routers.

Any tips from you more experienced networkers?

Thanx,

Chris
