bridging two network cards on my pc

I'm trying to bridge the connection between two network
cards but havent been able to. my friend has WinXP and
said there is an option to bridge the two, but on Win98 I
havent been able to find anything similar
Could someone please help

i know XP has this option
but i dont think win 98 has it
