Bridge Two Networks, no filter

I am building a second computer, which will be a server.
Let me paint the picture so that it makes more sense. I
am using the new computer for a 2003 server, which will do
WWW, FTP, and TermServ servers. I have a game computer
that is geographically next to each other. I only have
one network cable coming into the room, and was wondering
if I can bridge (like in XP) the two networks (one from
network router, other between computers) and not have any
filtering (in essense, extend the DMZ to two computers).
Also, what kind of cable would I need in between the
computers (I'm thinking Crossover)?

If more detail/clarification is required email me at
matthewt@cfl .rr. com (remove spaces)

Thank you in advance for any help!

Why not just get a cheap hub/switch to fan out the single network connection
into several?

It has to stay as cheap as possible. It's not worth the cost to get a hub
and more ethernet cables.

What IP would you use for the second computer? Do you have two registered
public IPs to play with?

I have one public IP (Cable Internet), and it runs into a Linksys Router.
Currently, I have 3 computers on the network, Workgroup, the other 2 are
staying separate, but I set the DMZ host as the gaming computer. I want to
put the new DMZ host as the server, and have the gaming computer run through
the server without any port filters. I use all static IPs on the network
(10.10.2.1 is router, 10.10.2.2 is going to be server (current gaming),
10.10.2.x will be the new ip for the gaming computer).

Will the Bridge command in Network Connections filter any of the ports (i.e.
turn on ICF), also, but more importantly (sorry I didn't ask earlier), does
2k3 allow bridged networking like XP?
