Bridge Connection on DNS/Wins Server

I have a Win 2003 STD Server running AD, DNS, Wins and File Serving.
I have another location that connects with VPN with our Linksys
routers. But we need more throughput than the ISP can provide. I am
almost done setting up a 9 mile wireless link. I added a second NIC
to my server and tried the 'Bridge Connection'. That may have worked
to bridge the 2 networks (192.168.1.X and 192.168.2.X) but I also lost
my static IP address on the server- so DNS and Wins were broken. I
have removed the Bridge till I know more.
Do I just overwrite the dynamic IP settings, and enter my static IP?
Should I use 3 cards, a Static for DNS and Wins Service, and Bridge
the next 2 NICs one for 192.168.1.X and the other that goes to the
wireless link 192.168.2.X
I understand I can have 2 or more NICs but only one gateway entry
used.

It is not recommended to run DC with DNS and WINS on a multihomed computer. If you do, you may have some name resolution and connectivity issues. If you have to do so, you may need to re-configure the DC carefully. This search result may help,

In addition, you cannot bridge networks which use different IP subnets.
Bridging is used to link segments which use addresses in the same IP subnet.
If the subnets are different, you need to use routing, not a bridge.
