BPL = Boradband over power lines

How many tests are going on at the moment ? This is a total disaster for SW
reception

There have already been a number - this great white hope hasn't really
taken off in the UK despite a number of attempts.

There is a HUGE amount of radio amateur propaganda and misinformation
about. However in reality there isnt anything linking BPL trials to HF
radio interference. Its worth noting the system trialled here is NOT
the american system.
