Bootp allows a client to boot from a network share, rather than from a
local CD/DVD. It can be configured to work in Server 2003.

DHCP relay allows a router to forward DHCP discover broadcasts from one
segment to another. Assume you have one DHCP server with two scopes, one
for the local segment and one for a second segment separated by an IP
router. If you enable DHCP relay or the router, machines in either segment
can get their network config from the DHCP server. DHCP relay will forward
the request from the segment without a DHCP server to the DHCP server in the
other segment.
