Boosting signal on Linksys WRT54G Router

Hi,

This is probably a long shot, but does anyone know of a cheap, simple &
effective way to boost the signal strength on the above. From what I have
read in earlier posts (and looked at Linksys website) there is a booster
available but its for the B standard router.

Can anyone share some knowledge......
