bonding driver problem

Hi all,

I've seen other related posts here and therefore I decided to ask you
guys about the problem I have. I try to set up bonding driver in a
fail-over mode with arp monitoring. I have a web page that explains
better the configuration I have at

Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong?
