bnc's

Hi, )apologies for ot post, but thought I might get some help here)

I was hoping someone in the group could lend me a hand. I basically want to
connect to irc annoymously and change my host name to
whatever.goes.here.com (vhosts) but have no idea where I start to do it ?

could someone be kind enough to explain how to do this please ?

Basically I used to use a bnc many many year ago but have totally forgotten
the process of doing it. It would allow me to connect to irc annoymously and
to hide my ip, change host name using some preset vhosts or ones my make.
