First of all, his main email address will be in the form of his account
number (usually something like ab123c4567), therefore his email address will
be
(E-Mail Removed). You can use this to log into the selfcare
page at
http://selfcare.blueyonder.co.uk to create email aliases/mailboxes
(proper email addresses that point to the account number).
Usually, the password is sent with a letter when you first subscribe to
blueyonder. If he has changed the password since then, you can use the same
selfcare page to reset the password (there's a "Forgotton Password?" link on
the page that he can follow).
