Because an initiall bad installation (it crashed the OS) I need to completely uninstall (files and registry entries) the Linksys hardware/software product from my pc. I tried to use the ADD/REMOVE programs button on the control panel, but it didn't remove the stuff completely. I tried with other freeware tools to remove the files (like. Add/Remove Plus, RegCleaner, etc) to no avail. Then, I manually removed the folders associated with LInksys and Bluetooth from the machine and edited (to the best of my knowledge) the registry to do the same. My intention is to reinstall the product again, but when I do it, I get a message from the Install Shield that an old version of the Linksys Buetooth Utility is still on the pc that cannot be removed, and then the installation aborts. Some stuff is still on my pc that I didn't remove, but I don't know where it is hidden! Will appreciate any suggestions
