bluetooth devices missing from control panel

How do i enable bluetooth devices to make available in the control panel of
xp home edition. I see references to this icon in several windows support
info but it does not appear in my control panel

Does your computer have any bluetooth hardware/reciever
installed/connected?The bluetooth icon will only appear if the computer has
the ability to connect to other bluetooth devices..... i think
