Well to be of any help we'd need to know th following information at the
very least.

1 What Version of Windows you are running?

2 What service pack you have installed on it?

3 What network card you have?

That's all I can think of at this moment.

Please do not contact me directly or ask me to contact you directly for
assistance.

If your question is worth asking, it's worth posting.

If it’s not worth posting you should have done a search on
http://www.google.com/ http://www.google.com/grphp?hl=en&tab=wg&q= or
http://news.google.com/froogle?hl=en&tab=nf&ned=us&q= before wasting our
time.

If I sound hostile or arrogant you need to read the following before
posting a question "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" at
http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html (The site I've linked
to just has this article I think people should read before posting a
technical question.)

I'm glad to say you that i have been searching for it before posting my
question, I didn't found anything that resolves my trouble. That's the way i
decided to ask you that. It is probably better I don't asked.

I've got XP with Service pack nº2, and Ethernet PCI Familia Realtek is my
net card

Well at this point I'll make the following suggestions.

1 You may want to try the following articles from the Microsoft KB to
find out if this is a software issue or something else.

310353 How to perform a clean boot in Windows XP

310560 How to troubleshoot by using the System Configuration utility in
Windows XP

316434 How to perform advanced clean-boot troubleshooting in Windows XP

2 If those articles don't help you solve this problem I'd suggest
posting in a networking newsgroup for Windows XP or one for the hardware
you are running.

microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web

This newsgroup is only for the Microsoft broadband networking Hardware &
the software distributed with it. Thus it is not a general networking
newsgroup.
