Blue Screen After Enter Network Password

When I logged in the Enter Network Password screen with
domain provided, I was able to logged and login script
being loaded which is the drive mapping. Then Blue Screen
appreas as Fatal Error.

But if I don't provide username and password by pressing
ESC key, then Windows 98 opens normally.

I appreciate your assistance.
