blocking mp3,dat file downloads

I am using redhat linux 7.1 and squid 2.5 stable version
I am using NCSA type for username authentication and url_regex to
block porn sites being cached.
Nmw i wan't to block mp3 or dat files download but not by url but by
mimetypes .How do i that.
One more thing I can't use msn messenger but at the same time yahoo
messenger works ffine with http-proxy.Althouh i used spacial acl
dstdomain for msn my problem is still there.Anybody has any help on
this .
