Blocked 110 Port - error receiving smtp mail

Hello,

I have a blocked port 110 - I receive an error when trying
to receive smtp email through outlook express.

When I runt netstat -an port 110 does not show up.

You're confusing smtp and pop mail

It wouldn't necessarily unless you have a local pop server.
