How to block server access using TCP/IP filter

Hi,

I want restrict access to server only few ip address.. I
know this can done using TCP/IP filter in network
properties.. But i am not getting how to do it.. Please
help in this regds..

This may be the complete wrong way to approach it. What is the real goal?
What exactly are you trying to block and accomplish? (Don't tell me "IP#s"
and "access", I mean specifically what is the goal.)
