Blaster worm patch don't work !

Hi, I posted about the Blaster worm that keeps crashing my pc yesterday. But
today i find i can't load the microsoft windows patch to fix it. I keep
getting the following error

"Setup could not verify the integrity of the file Update.inf. Make sure
Cryptographic service is running on this computer."

Does anyone know whats going on ?

Administrative Tools > Services

Then manually start the Cryptographic server. Sorted.

That didn't work. The cryptographic server is loaded and running, but still
i get this error ?
