blackberry how too

hi all. i am interested in learning how to work with blackberry devices. i
would like to be able to take a file, divide it amoung multiple field techs,
and send each tech their portion of the file, addresses, then have them
update each address complete as they fix the customers problem. any info on
where i should begin or how?
