how bind telnet service to some IP address?

I have Win2k3 web SP2 ENG, one network card and 2 ethernet interfaces on it
or 2 ip address. ICS is turned ON and turned ON "exceptions". Now telnet's
port listen on all interfaces, but very need that telnet listen on only one
ip. How I can do it?
