Bind order of NICs

I noticed one of our servers has 2 gb nics but one is desabled. The bind
order has the disabled one first? shouldnt that be reversed or does it not
matter??

If one is disabled, it doesn't matter. You can change it, if you like, but
it won't make a difference as long as it remains disabled.

Is this is a DC? Just an FYI, ff this is a DC, I would suggest to keep it
disabled. Multihomed DCs are problematic.
