Has anyone successfully installed the drivers for the Binatone ADSL
500 USB modem on Windows XP Home with SP2? If so, I'd be most
grateful for hints on how to achieve this miracle.

Hi,

I've heard a few similar stories from some of our customers upgrading to
SP2. At the moment I think the only way round is to remove SP2. Binatone
are aware of the issue I believe so they may be working on a driver update.

With Regards,

Dave,

Binatone also suggested removing SP2 but that didn't help. Can you
recommend a USB or PCI modem that has no problems with installing
drivers? What's PlusNet flogging these days?

We're currently supplying a Voyager 105 USB. Not heard of any problems
with this and SP2.
