[BigBrother] bbwatch, new tool to improve your use of BB

Hi folks,

I'm pleased to announce you the existence of a new tool to help you use
BigBrother more efficiently. This tool has been registered in Freshmeat
some weeks ago :

This is a GPL tool, written in Perl and using the Curses library. It
runs therefore within a terminal window.

Some of its features are : audible alerts, direct connection to test
some services, local acknowledgement mechanism, and some more stuff.


Please try it, all feedback are welcome (I'm sure some bugs still
persist).
