who is better tiscali or bulldogdsl

i have been told bulldogdsl are the best

who is better for internet tiscali or bulldogdsl

currently with tiscali we have had 3 letters of them saying heavy usage
which they are talking rubbish and they stat there gonna slow us down
between 6-11 but it seems theve slowed us round the clock on a 2mb like to
70kb down but still 30kb up just did a speed test we only listen to the
radio i cant call that heavy usage

so is it true bulldogdsl are deecent for reliable and unlimited unlike
tiscali?

group, then do a bit of research in adslguide, etc. This may put him off

Tiscali are ok as long as you never need any kind of support.

I also tell anyone asking my advice to avoid Bulldog & Tiscali.

I put in Bulldog, Tiscali, BT, NTL, PlusNet & Virgin into the
comparison tool.

Guess which 2 came out poorest.

I'm on Bulldog. The ADSL is great. Unlimited and hardly any probs.

My voicemail is broken though, and they won't fix it. And I am unable to
call some working numbers for some reason.

Customer service is appalling. In my experience, you can get through, but
nothing ever gets fixed.

I'm thinking of moving to Be Unlimited.
