I am lucky enough to get this service in Dec 2005.

What are the catches if I sign up now?
Should I take the plunge now?

I am on pipex, does anyone know how I can get the MAC code from pipex
without phoning them?

is it a reversible process ? if not I would wait to see if they turn
out to be a POS first.

email ?
go to their office ?
write to them ?
send them a fax ?

the MAC code only lasts 30 days, so you wouldn't be doing that for
your envisaged Be connection at 12 Mbits/s just yet.

My exchange is being Be-enabled in November.

£20 is too cheap for what they offer. I'm holding fire for quite a
while as they may be another Bulldog or Plusnet.
