Best way to Deploy Printers to Win2000 & XP Clients

We are setting up a new print cluster running 2003 R2 to manage approx 2000
printers. Looking for suggestions as to the best way to deploy printers to
Windows 2000 and XP workstations. We prefer to assign printers to the
workstation and not users.

Group Policy, VBscript, combination, other ??
