Have remote office with seperate domain/forest. What is the best way to deal
with employees PC's who travel between the domains to allow them access? The
travelers will need access to file shares, printers, internet in remore
office. No tech help available in remote office. I thought about adding the
users and PC's to the remote domain but then that means their PC will have to
have a different profile. What about trusts, some of these travelers have
their PC as a workgroup anyway. Could I set up trusts from their PC
workgroup to the doamin. Just trying to find what will work with a minimum
fuss for the users. Thanks

No. Trusts are only between domains, not domains & workgroups or between
domains & computers.

Minimum fuss is to leave them alone and forget about "Network Places". If
accessing by manually typing the path is too complex for them than create
"shortcuts" on the desktop (or whatever) for the resource. They will be
prompted for credentials to access the resource. Enter the credentials by
including the domain name the account lives in in front of the user account
name

Username: domainname\joeuser
Password: ********

Another option is to purchase a copy of Netswitcher for each machine that
travels
