server 2003 / exchange 2003

need to create an AD user with an exchange mailbox, this user should ONLY be
able to access his email via pop3 client remotely... nothing else. whats the
quickest fix?

I think you will have to explain what you think they could do otherwise.
Normal users cannot logon to a Server Console locally to begin with,...only
an Admin can do that. That wouldn't do any good if they did anyway since
your are not supposed to load a mail client on the mail server itself.

Deny his logon from any domain workstation and revoke his rights to access
the domain shares.
