Best VPN Setup

I want to setup a VPN server on Win 2003 SBS Server. The server has
two NICs but due to my VoIP device/gateway I was told by my ISP that
the only way to set it up without having a switch with VLAN
capabilities is to have the VoIP forward traffic to my server. Which
basically makes my two nic setup pointless because the traffic would
be forward to my server's internal interface anyway it seems. I was
wondering if anyone has any suggestions or point me to the proper
resources on securing this type of VPN setup or another route I could
try outside of the VLAN setup because I just do not know how to setup
or maintain a VLAN switch. All help is appreciated and needed because
I'm use to setting up VPN servers with one external interface and one
internal interface.
