MI'm installing new 2008 server's and around 200workstations.
What is the best virusscanner I hould install that is client/server

There is no "best" - everyone has their own preference. However, that said,
I'm personally a big fan of TrendMicro's Officescan. The other big player
would be Symantec.

I've trendmicro's officescan and now i'm looking for other one. What about
Nod32?

I don't know. I've never heard of it or tried it. Is it an enterprise class antivirus?

Yes - http://www.eset.com// I haven't used it yet myself. It gets good
reviews.

Thanks, Lanwench. It looks like a good product. Unfortunately it would be costly to my customers to change it over, even if it might be (not saying it is), better than what I've already implemented.
