By no tie in, I guess you mean a very minimal contract.
I've been with Nildram for 12 months, and always recommend them to friends.
Min. contract is 1 month, check out www.getadsl.co.uk
You may have to ring them, if you're interested in the new home1000 trial
rather than their DataStream 1000 product.

PlusNet wires only is on one month notice, I think this also apply to the
1Mb £32.99 service,
