best economy adsl modem router?

I am looking for the best budget adsl modem router with firewall, nat,
etc for a small - two machines - home network. Already have netgear
four-port switch.
TIA for any advice.

Whatever you do, don't touch anything with DLINK on it! Absolutely terrible
UK Customer Support and constant faults on equipment requiring replacement.
Old equipment repackaged and supplied as "new".
Definitely a company to avoid - especially with the many problems of the
DSL904 package. They have a known problem with the transmit part of the
access point failing after a few months. One classic was a DLINK rep
telling me to connect to the router via the web interface after repeatedly
telling him that the computer couldn't detect the network because the router
didn't transmit ! Then there was the usual finding of reference/serial
numbers and unrelated bar code info from the box! Unbelievable poor service
from DLINK.
