Whats the best ISP that wont black list your ass for this self confessed
leecher.
<suck, suck, suck> need unlimited xs to newsgroups (binaries) and no friggin
caps/
or snide letters saying that your using their 'unlimited' service too much!
Was about
to sign up to Plusnet or Pipex then I read some of the previous posts, why
dont
they just change their terms and conditions as its obviously not unlimited.

Don't laugh but im currently on Tesco.net (512kb) and well impressed with
the
service, no contention issues and decent xs and speeds to binary newsgroups.
However, after 2 months the constant 60kB/sec + download cannot satisfy my
lust for
leeching therefore need to upgrade to a 1mb conx willing to pay upto £35 a
month.
Prefer an established co. that will be around for more than a couple of
months.

Zen seem to want the ultra-leechers judging from their front page:
"BANDWIDTH TO SPARE
We guarantee NO CONTENTION on our network. Uncompromised service with
bandwidth investment that stays well ahead of customer demand is the
only sure way to deliver performance that provides full Internet
enjoyment and business-critical reliability."

Lets be real here, all ISP's get the same deal from BT, based on amount
of data transferred. Do you honestly think that what Plusnet have done
is something new? It goes on with other ISP's, they just arn't so vocal
about it...

That is pure speculation, that you cannot prove, most ISPs have a fair use
clause, whether any have yet implemented it is another matter entirely.
