Belkin Wireless Print Server

Is there a way to hook up a Belkin Wireless Print Server through my Dell
Inspiron Notebook without using a Wireless Access Point and Router? Can I
just go direct from my Notebook to the Belkin Wireless to the HP printer?
If so how?
