OK - From the beginning.
I have a Belkin Wireless access point F5D7130. I have connected the AP
to my PC so that I can configure the IP address - this is fine -
changing the IP address on my PC to that in the range of the AP
192.168.2.254 I have then changed the IP address to one in our range
here at work. I then change the IP address on my PC back to one in our
work range. With the AP and the PC linked via a patch cable I can
still connect/ping to the AP.
As soon as I place the AP onto our network via patch cable to rj45
socket to hub etc... I can no longer ping or connect to the AP.
The IP address I have given the AP is a good one 'not in use
elsewhere'.
I have the latest firmware installed.
I'm clutching at straws!!!!! Any Ideas????
