Anybody have any information on this WAP? It used to work fine, then I let
it sit on a shelf for six months before I used it again. I lost the power
supply, but finding a generic replacement wasn't hard (or so I thought) --
9VDC at up to 1A. I got the polarities right, because the unit will work for
10-15min after I plug it in... but then the radio signal dies, according to my
computers. All the activity lights on the WAP still show proper operation,
just no traffic. If I disconnect it for a few hours, then plug it back in, it
works again, but only for 10-15min. I'm wondering if it's just damaged, or if
perhaps there's something not-quite-right in my power supply that is, perhaps,
overheating the unit after a few minutes of operation. Anyone else observe
behavior like this?

You probably need more power. Find something with 2 amps. I had a Netgear
router that I thought went bad when it was the power supply that started to
wimp out.

I have a slightly different one on the shelf, an F5D7130df, but probably
has the same power supply.
OUTPUT: 5V == 2A
