Belkin Customer service!

I've been trying since Nov 29th to contact Belkin customer services
over a faulty router.
I've Emailed almost daily and have phoned every couple of days.
Not sure what else to do, probably have to buy a new one.
I had a problem a couple of years ago with a broken modem and they
replaced it within a week.
Anyone else having problems with them?

How is your router 'broken' ?
Does it not power up,no lights on,or will it not connect to the internet?
Have you had it working before,what happened when it stopped working?

No power or lights.
has been fine for around two years until now.
