Hi,
I have a d-link 300g+ modem connected via ethernet, when i connect directly to
my main pc it works 100%. However if I connect it to my belkin 54g (F5D7230-4)
router, and then to my pc I keep dropping connections periodically. A typical
ping test will result in the following, I have shortened the results by adding
an indication of the number of repeats of each event :-

I have upgraded router firmware to latest 2.00.05, PC is running windows Xp pro
on an Athlon 2400+.
All this happens when I have a single pc and the modem connected to the router,
dhcp appears to be allocating addresses ok to individual pc's etc, and during
the short periods when the connection is alive it works fine.
All help appreciated as I wan't to utilise the wireless side of things, even
though it seems this will be another little chore to encounter, and to be able
to access the internet via lan without having to keep the gateway pc alive.
regards
Ian
