BEFW11S4 and 1180 packet loss - Urgent

I have been using the dell axim 2003 with true mobile 1180 compact
flash with an Orinoco RG-1000 without any problems for 8 months. I
have been forced to move to the BEFW11S4 for wireless connectivity in
my product. When I go to dell client - link test, I get tons of
packets lost. Is this the BEFW11S4 or the 1180? I have updated the
driver to use the agere driver but no luck. Communications with my
product is completely unreliable with the BEFW11S4. Active Sync and
browsing the web is not working properly. I am about to lose some
clients over this.

Last time I had packet loss problems it was the DSL line to my modem.
