BEFSR41 static network problem

I have a home network with 2 XP PC's and 2 TiVo's. They can all connect
to the internet but cant connect to each other. They could when the
network was set up with dynamic routing. I have set each with a
different IP.

They are:
192.168.1.20
192.168.1.25
192.168.1.30
192.168.1.35

File and printer sharing are enabled.

Subnet mask is: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway is: 192.168.1.1

ZoneAlarm is installed but even with it disabled it is a bust.

Do I have everything set correctly?

you mean dyanamic IP's? have you told the tivos there correct addy and the
XP's? (never liked that OS.. win2k all the way)
