Base Station Manager can't find MN-100 Wired Base Station

I can't get my Base Station Manager to see my Base
Station. I can use it to connect to the internet just
fine in fact I'm using it now! But I'm not getting that
firewall protection. Whenever I use the setup wizard it
says it can't find the device. I've followed the steps,
like connecting to the modem first then adding the base
station when prompted. I've reset it by unplugging and
clicking the reset button with a pin. Can someone please
help me?
