Base Station M-700 and wireless router M-710 dissconnect frequently

My computer has it's own router "M-710" hooked up to my
computer in another room that has the base station "M-
700". Whenever I run a file sharing program or multiplayer
online game, I am dissconnected. When I first start my
connection when I turn on my computer, the connection
is "Very Good". Whenever I run some online programs, or
new multiplayer games, I am dissconnected. And the only
way for me to reconnect is to restart my computer. Does
anyone know how I may fix this?

Try changing the channel on both the 700 and 710 (e.g.
channel 1, channel 11, etc.) The channel must be the same
on both the 700 and 710.
