doesn't "see" the remote. I best it is something

- Is the remote configured to the same 'Workgroup' name?
- Does this computer appears on the BNU 'Networked
Devices' list?
- There are shared folders or drives on the remote? (if a
drive or folder is not 'shared' you cannot open it from
afar)
- If the base computer's HD uses FAT32 it cannot 'see' or
open NTFS HDs on another computer

Hope it helps

Hi,

This is somethig related to the Configuration.
What i understand as per your posting here is you have a Base Station
Locally deployed and MN 710 client adapter intalled in the Client.

{[BASE STATION]} )))))))))))((((((((((( (WIRELESS CLIENT)

Below are the troubleshooting guidelines which i would like to suggest you.

1. Reset the Client to the factory default setting.
2. Configure the SSID or WEP Key if you defined it.
3. Check the LED Status whether is it sending any Association Beacons to
the Base Station or not.
4. Check whether you can see Client in Base Station Table or not.
5. Check this article "Windows may not detect your MN-710 wireless adapter
"http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;836515
6. Also try to interchange this card with other spare card thier might be 1
% chance whether the card gone bad.

Thanks and Regards
