Shouldn't be that difficult, try
www.mrtg.org, enable/configure
snmp on your cisco, if it isn't already, setup mrtg to query the
router, there are AFAIK some examples to setup mrtg to query some
cisco, enable apache on the box running mrtg, let it run for some
weeks after you are sure it is working probably. Now you should
have some nice pics showing if your bandwidth is already maxed
out.
