Hi all!

I have a couple of basic (Redhat) linux systems here and am trying to
test the max. available bandwidth on the link between them.

Is rcp usable for this? Or does this command, like scp, have some
built-in bandwidth limiter?

Regards,
Evert

What kind of "built-in bandwidth limiter" has scp?

Good, indeed!
And should you have time, you can read about CBQ or ShapeShifter in
Adv-routing howtos.
